• Construction bolts

Intended use

• Bolts are designed for fastening statically loaded elements of building structures in non-cracked, reinforced or unreinforced gravel concrete of classes ≥ B15 and in clay solid brick wall, class ≥ 7,5.

Bolt types

Technical description

• Bolt rods are made from the following bars:
  - steel double-rib reinforcing bar of diameters from dn=6 to dn=25 mm according to PN-82/H-93215 standard made of 34GS steel, and steel single-rib reinforcing bar with dr=21,7 made of AP 600 steel according to ZN-95/AP-1 standard,
  -plain steel bar of diameter from d=6 to d=24 mm made of St5 and 45 steel 2H13 and 2H14 stainless steel.
• Hexagonal nuts in accordance with PN-EN 24034.
• Round washers in accordance with PN-EN ISO 7091.
• Bolt wedges are made of St3Sx steel.
• When with coating: zinc plated (coating thickness: 10 ÷15 µm).
